Shipping
Methods
All items purchased on www.hennesseyingalls.com will be shipped via United Parcel
Service (UPS). At checkout, UPS Ground will be the default shipping method.
Service
Area
Upon order
approval, Hennessey + Ingalls will ship to any valid street address within the
48 contiguous United States via UPS Ground.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via UPS 2nd Day by default. If
Ground service is selected in the shipping charge box at checkout, your order
will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day service with the applicable charges.
At this time, Hennessey + Ingalls cannot accept orders to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO
addresses, or destinations outside of the United States and Puerto Rico via our

Shipping
Rates
The amount
you are charged for shipping will depend on the amount of your order and the
items purchased.
Hennessey + Ingalls currently provides free Ground shipping on orders totaling
$150.00 or more. Charges related to shipping, handling, and taxes are not
included to meet the minimum requirement in determining the total purchase
amount.
The free shipping offer will not apply to any order where cancellations or
returns reduce the amount of qualifying purchases to less than $150.00.
Hennessey + Ingalls reserves the right to apply applicable shipping charges to
any such orders. Hennessey + Ingalls may change or discontinue the free or
discounted shipping offer at any time. Shipping charges are subject to change at
any time without notice.
*Due to package size and weight restrictions some large or bulky items may have
an oversize package handling charge applied. Items with oversize handling
charges will be clearly indicated in the product description at the product
purchase page. The additional charge for oversized items will vary depending on
the size and will be combined with the regular shipping fee in the shipping
charge box at checkout. If your order is over $150.00, only the oversize
handling charge will be applied to your order.

Shipments to Canada
For
Canadian orders, the web site charges a flat $50 fee. This is an
estimation and the exact shipping charge is e-mailed out for confirmation. Our
default method is using FedEx Ground to Canada. It is the most
economical for this process. If you would like a different method this can be
arrange.
Transit
Times
The amount of time an order is in-transit from the time it leaves Hennessey +
Ingalls will depend on where it is being shipped and the type of service
utilized.
Ground
Services
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday and will typically ship
within 48 hours from the time your order is placed. UPS Ground orders received
on Friday - Sunday will usually ship the following Monday. Ground deliveries
should arrive 1-7 days after leaving Hennessey + Ingalls. The following is a
map, provided by UPS, of delivery times for commercial and residential
deliveries using UPS Ground service:

Tracking
Your Order
At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a UPS Ship Notification via
email. A link is provided in this notification that you can use to track the
delivery of your order. We suggest that you save this email until your order is
fully received. If you do not have access to this email, you may also contact a
Hennessey + Ingalls Customer Service Representative at (310) 458-9074 or you can

International Orders
For
international orders, the web site charges a flat $100 fee. This is an
estimation and the exact shipping charge is e-mailed out for confirmation. Our
default method is using the United States Postal Service. It is the most
economical for this process. If you would like a different method this can be
arrange.
FedEx
Accounts
We are
happy to ship via FedEx as well, using a customer's personal or corporate FedEx
account. Unfortunately, this service cannot be directly booked through our web
site, so please call us at (310) 458-9074 or e-mail us at
info@hennesseyingalls.com to arrange this delivery.
