Shipping Policy

 

All items purchased on www.hennesseyingalls.com will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) media mail at checkout.

 

Service Area

Upon order approval, Hennessey + Ingalls will ship to any valid street address within the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may be subject to an extra charge which may be applied to order.

 

Shipping Rates

The amount you are charged for shipping will depend on the total amount of the items purchased. Shipping charges are subject to change at any time without notice.

*Due to package size and weight restrictions some large or bulky items may have an oversize package handling charge applied. The additional charge for oversized items will vary depending on the size and will be combined with the regular shipping fee. You will be notified before the shipment has been processed if extra charges are incured.

Transit Times

The amount of time an order is in-transit from the time it leaves Hennessey + Ingalls will depend on where it is being shipped and the type of service utilized.

 

USPS Econo Media Mail Services


Orders are shipped Monday - Friday and will typically ship within 48 hours from the time your order is placed. Orders received Friday - Sunday will usually ship the following Monday. Deliveries should arrive 2-10 days after leaving Hennessey + Ingalls depending on what shipping method was used. The following map is an estimation of delivery times for commercial and residential deliveries using USPS Econo Media Mail:

 

 

Tracking Your Order


At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a Ship Notification via email. A link is provided in this notification that you can use to track the delivery of your order. We suggest that you save this email until your order is fully received. If you do not have access to this email, you may also contact a Hennessey + Ingalls Customer Service Representative at (310) 458-9074 or you can e-mail us at orders@hennesseyingalls.com.

 

Shipments to Canada

For Canadian orders, the web site charges a flat $50 fee.  This is an estimation and the exact shipping charge is e-mailed out for confirmation.  Our default method is using UPS Ground to Canada. It is the most economical for this process. If you would like a different method this can be arrange.

 

International Orders

 

Hennessey + Ingalls Bookstore has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
 
 - Which Countries do you ship to?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Hennessey + Ingalls Bookstore. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

FedEx Accounts

We are happy to ship via FedEx on account as well, using a customer's personal or corporate FedEx account. Unfortunately, this service cannot be directly booked through our web site, so please call us at (310) 458-9074 or e-mail us at info@hennesseyingalls.com to arrange this delivery.
